Abstract

Lithium can have toxic effects on the central nervous system that are both acute and chronic. Uncommonly, a long‐lasting cerebellar syndrome follows acute toxicity. The mechanism of cerebellar injury is not well understood. We present 3 cases of this syndrome, with video demonstrating the typical features of this syndrome. © 2007 Movement Disorder Society
